Founder

Pastor, physician and private investigator, our founder, Dr. Simons, began treating Guatemalan refugee women and children in Indiantown, FL for sexually transmitted diseases and other physical injuries caused by their abusers and handlers within the Florida sex trade industry. His seminal focus is to assist domestic and international law enforcement agencies in their efforts to investigate, locate, rescue and care for these vulnerable victims of human trafficking worldwide

FALI is the largest private investigator association in the State of Florida. Comprised of dedicated licensed private investigators who volunteer their time to assist local law enforcement agencies to investigate Child Sexual Trafficking cases throughout Florida.

SCTI investigators have been used to assist in the information gathering phase of child abductions and passes on the information to our international and domestic partners in order to assist in the rescue and recovery process.
