St. Augustine Diocese Human Trafficking Program

The Diocese of St. Augustine offers various programs and resources to combat human trafficking in the community. These include workshops, educational videos, and a national public awareness campaign. The Office of Human Life & Dignity provides advocacy and education on human trafficking, while the Northeast Florida Human Trafficking Coalition works to eradicate the crime. The USCCB's Anti-Trafficking Program offers training and technical assistance to support survivors and advocates for the end of modern-day slavery. Additionally, Alpha-Omega Miracle Home provides shelter and support to those affected by human trafficking.

We also partner with other private organizations by providing funding and hands-on technical and tactical resources to facilitate the recovery of these unfortunate child victims.

Archbishop Santhana Peter oversees anti-human trafficking efforts of The Most High Mission Anglican Synod & Global Impact Mission Diocese. With their international headquarters located in India. ++Peter presides over 557 Anglican clergy and 22 Bishops in South Asia, ++Peter and has developed outreach programs and resources within his organization to identify, locate and care for victims of human trafficking in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and the Maldives.
